I woke up at 5:22 a.m. to shower.

It took way too long.

It was too thorough.

I then drove into SF for work.

A trip that took 1.5 hours.

God knows what real work was accomplished today.

I ruminated on an idea for so long.

Will it bear fruit? I hope so.

My phone reminded me that it was 4:30 p.m.

I rushed back to south SJ for my jiu jitsu class.

You can only be so fast as the most congested traffic.

After 2.5 hours, I finally made it in time for class.

An hour of trying to choke or dismember each other ensued.

But no one was hurt.

I finished the night off with

sourdough bread,

a protein shake,

and some cheese.
