I think anything I do could be done in a flow state.

But it's a probability game.

I think it favors those who are working on something that they feel like they have complete ownership of.

At least from my personal experience, this is true when you're working on things you consider to be highly creative.

Most people who report to have the higher experiences of flow states are usually entrepreneurs, athletes, artists or researchers.

It might be a chicken and egg situation, but ownership seems to matter.

So...maybe this is how I can maximize the experience of entering flow states?
